Lawyer, author and visionary, Cristian Lacatus has lived in Eastern Europe and the Caribbean, and makes his home in Ottawa, Canada.

He has worked in the private sector, in the kitchen and restaurant business, and is now on contract with Environment Canada.

He has published both fiction and non-fiction, having appeared in publications as diverse as Clifton Magazine and the Almanac of the National Slovak Society.

Currently, he is working on a book establishing a new basis for human civilization, one that is fully integrated within existing natural systems.
